Village of Forest Park

Buyer seeks Phase III Engineering Services for the resurfacing of Jackson Boulevard from Des Plaines Avenue to Harlem Avenue. The project includes resurfacing, installation of eight inch watermain, spot combination curb and gutter, sidewalks, and high visibility crosswalk pavement markings. The project is funded through the federal STP program requiring adherence to FHWA and IDOT guidelines. Construction is anticipated to start in spring 2026.

• IDOT prequalification in Highways - Roads and Streets
• IDOT prequalification in Special Services - Construction Inspection
• Phase III Project Manager must be Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois

• Provide pre-construction services for federally funded roadway project
• Conduct construction observation for resurfacing and watermain installation
• Prepare IDOT/FHWA documentation throughout construction
• Manage project in compliance with federal funding requirements
• Oversee spot combination curb and gutter installation
• Monitor sidewalk and high visibility crosswalk pavement marking installation
• Perform project closeout procedures
• Coordinate with IDOT for federally funded STP program requirements
• Supervise eight inch watermain installation
• Ensure adherence to all applicable municipal, FHWA and IDOT standards
