Design Services and Construction Materials for County Storage Facility

Buyer seeks proposals for design services and construction materials for a new storage facility in Viroqua, Wisconsin. The facility will be a 50' x 100' x 16' building to house county vehicles and equipment. The project includes building design, materials, concrete work, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing with connections to municipal water and sewer. Site preparation will be completed by other parties and construction management will be done by the buyer.

• Design 50' x 100' x 16' storage building to meet State approval
• Provide building materials meeting specific minimums (29 gauge steel, insulation requirements)
• Install concrete floor with 4,000psi rating and 10' x 100' apron
• Install 4 insulated overhead garage doors with openers
• Install HVAC system with hanging furnace and in-floor heat option
• Install electrical system with 3 phase inverter and transfer switch
• Connect building to municipal water and sewer
• Install R-19 batt insulation for walls and R-50 blown insulation in attic
• Install 6-inch bollards to protect garage door openings
• Provide optional bathroom installation and concrete pad for future generator
