The project includes a new Clinical Decision Unit, shell space for Diagnostic Space, future OR Expansion, and mechanical spaces, along with renovation of adjoining spaces. The project involves approximately 35,670 GSF of new construction and 25,000 GSF of remodeled space. LEED Certification at Silver and Gold levels will be investigated.
