The speaker will deliver presentations in San Antonio, Grapevine, Dallas, and Houston to early childhood professionals. Presentations must focus on early education topics, professional development, or working with families and children in high-risk situations. The speaker must be available for all four conference dates and make their own travel arrangements.

• 6/2/2025 - Deadline for Submitting Written Questions
• 6/20/2025 - Responses to Written Questions
• 6/26/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 11/1/2025 - Anticipated Contract Start Date

• Two years public speaking experience in Early Childhood or Primary Education
• Three professional references addressing speaking experience on required topics
• No overall score of 'D' or below on VPTS

• Deliver keynote presentations at four conferences across Texas in 2026
• Speak on early education and motivational topics
• Make personal travel arrangements to all conference locations
• Present for 45-60 minutes at each conference
• Allow recordings of presentations for TWC record retention
• Submit proper invoices for payment processing
• Pass TWC background check
• Prepare engaging content for early childhood professionals
• Address high-quality care in early education settings
• Speak about professional development in early education
