Buyer is seeking full-service marketing, advertising, and public relations services for the promotion of all lottery games. The services include strategic planning, creative development, media planning and buying, production, and public relations efforts. Buyer requires integrated marketing services to support Lottery products and overall image to favorably position Lottery products for sale. The contract will be for an initial three-year period with options for two one-year renewals.

• Plan and coordinate Lottery promotional events
• Write and distribute press releases
• Manage digital and social media advertising campaigns
