Stafford Municipal School District

Buyer seeks vendors to provide apparel and promotional items on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a period of five years from date of execution. Buyer will evaluate proposals based on pricing, vendor experience, product quality, and the ability to meet district requirements. Buyer may award to multiple vendors if it is in the best interest of the district.

• Must be in continuous business operation
• Must provide references from other school districts
• Must have adequate financial resources
• Must comply with delivery requirements

• Supply custom apparel products to the school district
• Provide promotional items with school branding
• Offer catalog of available products with pricing
• Process orders and deliver products on schedule
• Provide e-commerce capabilities if available
• Offer percentage discounts on catalog items
• Maintain product quality standards and guarantees
• Provide periodic catalog updates
• Support customization and branding requirements
• Maintain sufficient inventory to service district needs
