Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide on-call print services and promotional materials. Services include weekly move-in mailers, regulatory mailings, and promotional items. Buyer requires experience with California public agencies and sustainability practices. The contract will be for two years with option to extend for three additional one-year terms.

• Valid business license for the City of operation
• Technical expertise, breadth of experience, and availability to support needs
• Experience working with at least two California-based public agencies or large corporate customers

• Print and mail weekly move-in letters to new customers (1,500/week)
• Produce annual regulatory notices including Joint Rate Comparison Mailer
• Print and distribute Power Content Label mailings to all customers
• Provide variable data printing and address list management
• Manage secure customer mailing list transfers via SFTP
• Print marketing materials including flyers, brochures, posters, and signage
• Source and customize branded promotional items
• Offer sustainable printing options including tree-free paper alternatives
• Provide certified mail or tracking options for regulatory mailings
• Maintain brand consistency across all printed materials and promotional items
