Buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide comprehensive Public Relations services. Buyer needs support for communications, outreach, and community engagement goals. The selected firm will develop PR campaigns, manage media relations, support crisis communications, and promote initiatives across multiple channels. Buyer serves as a critical transportation provider in the Connecticut River Estuary region across 16 municipalities.
