City of Edwardsville

Buyer seeks design engineering services for a shared use path along Governors' Parkway. The project will create a pedestrian and bicycle connection from R.P. Lumber Center to Madison County Transit's trail system. The 3,050-foot (0.58 mile) path will include grading, drainage culverts, ADA ramps, crosswalks, and signage. This project is primarily funded by a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality grant administered by the East-West Gateway Council of Governments.
