Buyer requires SCADA system upgrade for their Water Treatment Plant. The project includes compiling I/O lists, implementing alarm management, configuring new Ignition HMI software, and developing new screens. Buyer's system includes a Membrane Plant, Conventional Plant, water distribution, and various remote tanks and pump stations. The work must maintain communication with legacy systems while minimizing operational disruptions.

• Class A License required at time bids are received

• Compile complete Input/Output list for legacy SCADA devices
• Implement new alarm management system following ISA 18.2 standards
• Configure Ignition HMI software to communicate with legacy PLCs
• Design new HMI screens following ISA 101.01 philosophy
• Conduct graphics workshop with staff to establish standards
• Create testing plan with point checkoff list
• Ensure minimal disruption during system implementation
• Conduct operator training on new HMI system
• Provide cybersecurity recommendations compatible with City's IT systems
• Document all workshop decisions and system configurations
