The intent is to make these services available to state agencies through the NCPA cooperative purchasing program. • Assess infrastructure performance against benchmarks across asset classes
• Support implementation of innovation models with project management
• Develop people/workforce strategies to increase frontline efficiency
• Reduce Medicaid costs through improved program integrity
• Deliver healthcare analytics and data management
• Design infrastructure improvement strategies across planning and operations
• Develop Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) for infrastructure improvement
• Optimize agency processes and operations for improved service delivery
