- Knowledge of PCI compliance requirements
- Provide 24/7/365 technical support with 4-hour on-site response time
- Perform initial assessment of system architecture and equipment
- Support desktop applications, PC installations, and troubleshooting
- Manage servers, workstations, and network administration
- Maintain email accounts and implement security protocols
- Ensure proper system backup and recovery procedures
- Provide strategic planning for system enhancements and upgrades
- Support FIDS/PA systems and access control systems
- Maintain detailed records of usernames, passwords, and authentication credentials
- Coordinate with third-party vendors like Infax, Passur, and Signet
