Buyer seeks architectural and engineering services for the renovation and addition to McCool Hall, home of MSU's College of Business. The project involves a 159,000 square foot facility originally erected in 1974 with additions completed in 2007. The selected firm will provide programming through Schematic Design documents for the Initial Planning Phase, including conditions assessment. If buyer elects to proceed after the Initial Planning Phase, compensation will be based on Project Classification Type C+ per Mississippi State University's Standard Form of Agreement.
