Buyer seeks qualified individuals or firms to provide professional meeting facilitation services. The selected facilitator will support effective communication, stakeholder engagement, consensus-building, and decision-making processes. Services will primarily focus on Team Liberty meetings but may extend to strategic planning, equity work, curriculum development, board retreats, and community engagement initiatives. The contract will run from August 2025 through June 2026 with option for annual renewal.

• Facilitate Team Liberty monthly meetings (August-April)

• Document session outcomes and provide actionable reports
• Facilitate discussions on employee compensation and benefits
• Guide leadership development and team building activities
• Support strategic planning and goal setting processes
