Buyer is seeking a concessionaire to manage and operate a recreational area located on the Fisheating Creek Wildlife Management Area in Palmdale, Florida. The operation includes a day-use picnic area, boat ramp, campground with tent and RV camping, bathhouses, and a camp store. The concessionaire will provide operation and maintenance of facilities, canoe and kayak rentals, livery service, and guided tours of the creek.

• Operate campground with 52 RV sites and 68 tent sites
• Maintain facilities including bathhouses and day-use areas
• Provide canoe/kayak rentals and livery service to access points
• Operate camp store with supplies and food services
• Offer guided paddling tours of Fisheating Creek
• Collect fees and maintain financial records
• Provide access for hunters during designated hunting seasons
• Post and enforce approved campground rules
• Implement marketing program for recreational services
• Mow grounds and remove litter daily
