Buyer seeks a qualified individual or firm to provide mental health support and counseling services for their K-8 school district serving approximately 1,200 students across two schools. The provider will support emotionally/behaviorally challenged students, conduct screenings, provide crisis intervention, and offer counseling services. The contract will be for the 2025-26 school year and requires a dedicated licensed Master's level clinician approved by both the agency and district.

• Minimum of three years professional experience
• Licensed Master's level clinician
• Professional liability insurance of $1MM/$2MM
• New Jersey Business Registration Certificate

• Provide licensed Master's level clinician dedicated to the project
• Support emotionally/behaviorally challenged students with clinical specialists
• Screen students through an agreed-upon process
• Provide post-pandemic transition assistance
• Deliver crisis intervention for students requiring emotional de-escalation
• Conduct family counseling and parent coaching sessions
• Coordinate with external entities like Family Court or Bergen's Promise
• Complete necessary school clearances for at-risk students
• Perform clinical observations for at-risk students
• Provide substance abuse coordination when necessary
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and medication monitoring
• Deliver professional development on current mental health needs
• Facilitate prevention workshops
