Buyer seeks a consultant to create a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Annex to SDOT's Continuity of Operations Plan. The plan will provide guidance for operating during a cyber incident that impacts technology tools and platforms for several days or months. The project will be delivered in two phases with Phase 1 creating a substantial draft by Q1 2026 and Phase 2 delivering a fully developed plan. The plan will prioritize application restoration based on SDOT's Mission Essential Functions.
