Buyer seeks one consultant architect and engineer team to provide professional services for the Seattle Justice Center Weatherization project. The project involves a comprehensive building envelope condition assessment to identify physical deficiencies, plan and execute repairs over a phased timetable. The consultant will organize deficiencies into logical work packages for design and construction, with optional phased scopes. Services include design, construction documents, permitting, bidding, and construction administration over approximately 4 years.

- Coordinate with regulatory agencies for permits
- Provide construction administration services
- Diagnose water infiltration problems
- Develop maintenance plans for roofing systems
- Provide quality and cost control with internal value engineering
- Create record documents and manage project closeout
