Buyer seeks contractor for pavement rehabilitation in the Village Homes area. The work includes concrete improvements, asphalt removal, road reconstruction, and traffic markings. Project requires traffic control implementation, utility adjustments, and ADA-compliant upgrades. All work must comply with City of Davis Standard Specifications and applicable regulations. Buyer will award to lowest responsive, responsible, and prequalified bidder.

- Must be prequalified for the current year by City of Davis
- Licensed contractor with Class A, or combination of C12 and C8
- Registered with Department of Industrial Relations
- Ability to provide performance and payment bonds
- Mobilization and demobilization of construction equipment
- Implement traffic control and stage construction
- Provide public notification throughout project
- Perform clearing, grubbing, and environmental protection
- Conduct potholing to identify underground utilities
- Adjust and replace utility boxes and covers
- Install ADA/PROWAG compliant curb ramps
- Remove existing asphalt concrete surfacing
- Prepare and compact subgrade materials
- Place full-depth hot-mix asphalt paving
- Perform conventional road reconstruction with aggregate base
- Install traffic striping, markings, and markers
- Complete curb painting and related incidentals
- Construct concrete improvements including curb and gutter
- Ensure compliance with local and state regulations
