The contract will include managed detection and response, risk management, endpoint protection, security awareness, and other cybersecurity services. Buyer requires 24x7x365 support with incident notification capabilities. The initial contract term is three years with possible extensions up to five years total.

• Provide AWN Reseller Certification Documentation
• Submit three client references with contact information

• Provide 24x7x365 cybersecurity support and incident notification
• Deliver managed detection and response services
• Manage risk services via data collection and log aggregation
• Monitor servers, workstations, network devices, and cloud services
• Implement endpoint protection solutions
• Deliver managed security awareness training
• Provide log retention services
• Maintain incident retainer services
• Correlate security events across city systems
• Serve as authorized Arctic Wolf Networks reseller
