Town of Kiawah Island

Buyer is planning to add a new civic and cultural center wing to the existing Town Hall building. The project includes a 250-300 seat auditorium/recital hall and flexible community meeting rooms. The 12,000sf expansion aims to integrate seamlessly with the existing building while providing views of the surrounding natural landscape. Buyer will select three finalists for a design competition, with the winner becoming the architect-of-record for the project.
