Buyer is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a facility planning study for Primary Care, Specialty Care, and Support Services Facilities. The study will assess current facility usage, analyze staffing models, and recommend facility improvements to optimize healthcare delivery. Buyer needs recommendations for future capital project planning based on service models and staffing projections. The project will run from July 2025 to February/March 2026.

• Hold valid Alaska Business License
• 5 years minimum prior experience in healthcare facility planning
• Prior experience with tribal healthcare organizations preferred

• Analyze existing facility space utilization for healthcare services
• Interview leadership to document current and future service delivery goals
• Assess current facility data including size, function, and condition
• Create stakeholder engagement plan and conduct kickoff workshop
• Develop facility consolidation/expansion recommendations based on projected needs
• Analyze staffing data and service delivery models
• Create prioritized list of recommended capital projects
• Provide rough order magnitude cost estimates for recommended projects
• Prepare comprehensive planning report with recommendations
• Incorporate Alaska Native cultural design principles into planning recommendations
