Buyer is soliciting proposals for Catering and Meal Services for meetings, staff development, and holiday events. The services would include delivery, pick-up and in-restaurant dining options. Buyer has over 80 facilities and campuses located in Carrollton, Flower Mound, Frisco, Highland Village, Lewisville and The Colony. The contract will run from award date through September 30, 2029.

• 5/9/2025 - Release of RFP
• 6/24/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 8/11/2025 - Recommendation to Board of Trustees
• 8/12/2025 - Effective Date of Award

• Health Department Permit
• Food Handling Certificate
• Clean health inspection reports
• Ability to service LISD facilities

• Provide catering for meetings and staff development events
• Cater holiday events for district staff
• Offer delivery, pick-up and in-restaurant dining options
• Service over 80 facilities across multiple municipalities
• Provide meal services across Carrollton, Flower Mound, Frisco, Highland Village, Lewisville
• Submit current health inspection reports and permits
• Present food handling certificates with proposal
• Supply complete menu options for various events
• Process payment via purchase orders and credit cards
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations
