Buyer is requesting proposals for a dentist or dental hygienist to provide continuing education identified as Oral Health 2.0 Curriculum. The curriculum must cover periodontal disease, oral pathology, systemic health links, obesity, dental caries, risk factors, and the importance of dental treatment. Buyer requires the development of a comprehensive training program divided into two parts that will be delivered virtually to dental and medical providers in Florida.

• Minimum five years experience in public health dentistry or academia
• Clinical background in dental treatment and oral health
• Florida dental license, limited license, or teaching permit

• Develop dental curriculum covering periodontal disease and oral health links
• Create pre and post assessments for training evaluation
• Establish five partnerships with dental/medical associations
• Conduct quarterly virtual training sessions
• Provide continuing education credits to participants
• Submit learning objectives to Florida CE Broker
• Create webinar invitations with registration links
• Award certificates of attendance to qualified participants
• Attend National Oral Health Conference
• Develop quarterly progress reports and final evaluation
