Buyer seeks a partner to implement an Interactive Digital Kiosk Program in public right-of-way areas. Program aims to increase access to information, create advertising opportunities, support wayfinding, and improve pedestrian experience. Buyer wants kiosks in high-traffic areas of Downtown Long Beach. Contract will be for two years with option to renew for eight additional one-year periods.

• Qualification to conduct business in the City
• Not having been debarred by Federal, State or local government
• Experience implementing similar programs with more than three cities in the U.S.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify strategic kiosk locations
• Design and build weather-resistant, tamper-proof kiosks with ADA compliance
• Prepare engineering plans and secure all required permits
• Handle site preparation including trenching and utility connections
• Manage regular cleaning and maintenance of all kiosks
• Develop content management system for City monitoring
• Ensure cybersecurity and privacy protection for all users
• Integrate wayfinding and navigation features with interactive maps
• Create advertising revenue streams with local and national businesses
• Provide subsidized advertising space for local businesses and community organizations
