Buyer seeks services for developing and managing core enterprise strategy for the Air Force Medical Service. The contractor will support strategic foresight, planning, development, execution, integration, and communication activities. Services include guiding AFMS strategy towards optimal organizational posture for Department of Air Force readiness requirements. The contractor will conduct systematic analysis of driving forces and trends to identify solutions for evolving mission needs.

- Develop enterprise strategy and strategic plans
- Facilitate leadership strategic planning sessions
- Create strategy maps with objectives and vision alignment
- Perform quarterly performance analysis and monitoring
- Develop semi-annual foresight alignment assessments
- Recommend strategy adjustments based on performance
- Support AFMS governance meetings
- Manage strategic communications and messaging
