Aims Community College

Buyer seeks dynamic and experienced local workforce trainers to deliver customized corporate training programs. Trainers will partner with buyer's Corporate Solutions department to deliver training in business skills, computer skills, information systems, and data science. Training will be primarily in-person at client locations throughout Northern Colorado. Trainers will work as independent contractors on a project basis with no guaranteed minimum hours.

• Local trainers based in Colorado or southern Wyoming
• Experience in corporate workforce training
• Expertise in business, computer, data science fields
• Ability to customize training to client needs
• Ability to travel to client locations

• Develop customized corporate training curricula
• Deliver in-person training at client locations or Aims campuses
• Conduct needs assessments with corporate clients
• Provide training in business ethics and law
• Deliver technical training in programming languages including C++ and SQL
• Teach data analytics and data science for manufacturing
• Provide Microsoft Office 365 application training
• Create tailored training materials with Aims branding
• Collaborate with clients to develop training schedules
• Adapt training based on client's unique requirements
