Aims Community College

Buyer seeks professional workforce trainers to deliver customized corporate training programs in Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Technology throughout Northern Colorado. Buyer partners with clients to identify training needs, then selects trainers who work directly with clients to customize the training solution. Training is primarily delivered in-person at client locations. Buyer will establish contracts with multiple vendors for project-based engagements with no guarantee of specific work volume.

• Expertise in Advanced Manufacturing and Industrial Technology
• Local proximity to Northern Colorado service area
• Ability to deliver primarily in-person training

• Deliver customized PLC training programs
• Develop tailored industrial electricity curriculum
• Conduct hydraulics and pneumatics training sessions
• Teach geometric dimensioning and tolerancing workshops
• Provide welding instruction (GMAW, TIG, MIG)
• Facilitate motors and controls training
• Teach precision machining on mill/lathe systems
• Customize manufacturing curriculum for specific client needs
• Collaborate with clients to assess training requirements
• Participate in client-trainer customization meetings
• Create training materials with Aims branding
• Develop metrics for measuring learning outcomes
• Conduct training primarily at client worksites
• Adapt content for varying class sizes (5-25 participants)
• Deliver training in both full and half-day formats
• Collaborate with Aims project managers on logistics
• Submit post-training evaluations and documentation
• Maintain independent contractor status while representing Aims
• Work within Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming
• Provide expert consultation in industrial technology fields
