The system will utilize existing PTZ cameras, controller, loudspeakers, mixer, and related components already procured by the buyer. Services include installation, integration, calibration, and testing of all components. The system will be used for town meetings, public broadcasts, and hybrid sessions, providing audio reinforcement and video capture.

  • 6/17/2025 - Technical questions deadline
  • 6/23/2025 - Proposal Due Date
  • 8/1/2025 - Anticipated project start date
  • Minimum of ten years AV system integration experience
  • Must be listed on CT State Contract 19PSX0015
  • Possess all necessary Low-Voltage Electrical Licenses
  • Provide one-year workmanship warranty on installation services
  • Be fully insured with proof of insurance
  • Install and mount three PTZ cameras in optimal locations
  • Integrate PTZ camera joystick controller for manual operation
  • Configure audio reinforcement system with existing equipment
  • Install and align LG ProBeam laser projector with screen
  • Design and install structured cabling for all AV components
  • Perform comprehensive testing and system commissioning
  • Provide operational training to town staff
  • Create comprehensive system documentation and wiring diagrams
  • Calibrate loudspeakers for optimal audio reinforcement
  • Coordinate installation schedule to minimize town hall disruptions
