• Current online, evidence-based program that tracks health practices
• Wellness program operational for at least three years
• Three customer references to verify service levels
• Current business license
• Three years experience serving large population (50,000+ customers)

• Implement an online wellness program for 240,000 eligible employees
• Provide wellness tracking and health monitoring tools
• Develop marketing and implementation plans that are ADA compliant
• Create pre and post-intervention surveys to measure effectiveness
• Provide medically sound educational wellness resources
• Support department wellness coordinators with resources and training
• Deliver data analytics to monitor program effectiveness
• Integrate with wearable tracking devices
• Enable team and individual challenges with non-monetary incentives
• Support five elements of wellbeing (physical, career, social, financial, community)
