Buyer seeks qualified auditors to provide external audit services. The services include auditing financial statements for the District, Foundation, and Bond Programs. Buyer requires audits to comply with appropriate standards including GASB and FASB. The contract will cover five fiscal years starting with 2025-2026.

• 6/5/2025 - Pre-Bid Meeting (Non-Mandatory)
• 6/11/2025 - Question Submission Deadline
• 6/18/2025 - Question Response Deadline
• 6/23/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 7/9/2025 - Interviews with Finalist
• 7/16/2025 - Intent to Award

• Audit financial statements for District, Foundation, and Bond Programs
• Examine all funds and account groups including financial aid funds
• Ensure compliance with GASB standards for District audit
• Ensure compliance with FASB standards for Foundation audit
• Provide management letter with findings and recommendations
• Conduct audits in accordance with governmental auditing standards
• Submit reports within 100 days of fiscal year end
• Present audit findings to District management and Board
• Prepare tax returns for non-profit entities
• Conduct pre-audit planning conference
