Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide plumbing services on an as-needed basis. Services include installation, maintenance and repair of water supply systems, sewer lines, and plumbing fixtures. Contractor must furnish all resources, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform required work. Work will be performed at multiple campus locations in the Houston area, with varying service response times required for standard, after-hours, and emergency situations.

• 6/13/2025 - Final Addendum Issuance
• 6/23/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 8/1/2025 - Recommendation of Award

• Install, maintain and repair main domestic water supply and sewer lines
• Repair faucets, flush valves, hot water heaters and recirculating pumps
• Unclog drains and sewer lines
• Provide emergency plumbing services with rapid response times
• Repair 8-inch water main asbestos concrete pipe
• Visit sites and provide detailed quotations within three business days
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials and cleanup after service
• Verify locations of all utilities prior to repair or maintenance
• Maintain list of supplies and materials on hand
• Provide service to multiple campus locations throughout Houston area
