Buyer seeks a contractor to provide structured leadership development training for junior leaders in their Recruiting and Retention Battalion. The program must enhance abilities in conflict resolution, strategic thinking, motivation, tactical execution, and communication. Contractor will develop curriculum, conduct quarterly in-person training, monthly virtual sessions, and multi-day leadership courses. Services include market analysis, business structure audits, and comprehensive evaluation processes.

  • Minimum five years teaching experience as civilian or military
  • Preferential to have valid teaching license and/or prior military service
  • Strong instructional and facilitation skills in classroom environment
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Develop junior leadership training focused on conflict resolution and strategic thinking
  • Conduct market analysis of Indiana recruiting landscape and workforce dynamics
  • Perform business structure audit to evaluate leadership framework
  • Conduct quarterly in-person training sessions at higher-education facilities
  • Deliver monthly virtual leadership training sessions with structured discussions
  • Implement 3 five-day in-person leadership courses per quarter
  • Create leadership improvement plan as capstone project
  • Develop comprehensive training materials in physical and digital formats
  • Establish post-training evaluation process with pre/post assessments
  • Provide quarterly reports documenting training outcomes and improvement areas
