Buyer seeks a qualified vendor for designing and printing the quarterly Community Services Guide. The contract is for a three-year term starting September 14, 2025, with the option to renew annually for up to two additional years. The selected vendor will be responsible for design, print, and preparation for mailing of the quarterly guide. The 24-page, full-color publication is distributed to all San Marino residents and available at various City facilities.

• Professional experience in designing and printing City newsletters/guides

• Design quarterly Community Services Guide with consistent City branding
• Provide comprehensive project management for each publication
• Create graphic designs with occasional full centerpiece spreads
• Provide proofreading and editing for grammar, spelling and formatting
• Prepare hard copy and electronic PDF format publications
• Pre-sort and bundle publications for EDDM postal delivery
• Provide and host a digital flipbook of the guide
• Select appropriate stock photography
• Provide at least two electronic proofs for City review
• Maintain consistency with City's branded colors, fonts, and logos
