Buyer seeks qualified firms or individuals to provide on-call Economic Development and Housing Consulting Services. Buyer aims to enter into contracts with several qualified firms to utilize on an as-needed basis, based on expertise, availability, and cost. Services include real estate development advice, fiscal impact analyses, redevelopment agency dissolution assistance, and affordable housing consulting. Firms are not required to offer the full range of services and are encouraged to apply even if they can only assist with specific areas.

• Monitor legislation and advise on Redevelopment Agency dissolution compliance
• Assist with management of affordable housing assets
• Provide strategic advice for affordable housing developments
• Assist with compliance on state housing requirements
