Buyer seeks qualified professional service firms to provide technical assistance for the Motor City Match Program serving small businesses in Detroit. Buyer requires services in legal, accounting, marketing, business planning, technology, and pre-construction services categories. Providers will deliver services to program participants based on individualized work plans. Buyer will match qualified providers with businesses to help them locate and thrive in Detroit.

• Must be a legally established business for at least two years
• Must be in good standing with City of Detroit, IRS, state and county government
• Must be able to meet in person with program participants in Detroit
• Cannot be both a TA Provider and a Program awardee simultaneously

• Provide legal services including lease review and business formation documents
• Deliver accounting and financial planning services for small businesses
• Create marketing strategies and branding materials for program participants
• Develop business plans and provide consulting on business models
• Offer technology services including web design and digital sales setup
• Conduct demographic analysis for site selection
• Manage project budgeting and operations design
• Review and negotiate lease agreements for small businesses
• Assist with trademark and licensing processes
• Develop cash flow projections and sales tracking systems
• Create promotional strategies and grand opening planning
• Design logos and develop brand identity materials
• Set up digital business infrastructure and online presence
• Provide pre-construction services and project management
• Maintain websites and schedule social media content
• Help with payroll management and tax preparation
• Facilitate contract review and negotiation
• Create content, collateral, and copy for marketing
• Assist with business model canvas development
• Provide one-on-one consulting for business growth
