Village of Orland Park

Buyer seeks a provider for comprehensive occupational health services including medical examinations, drug/alcohol testing, and wellness programs. The provider must supply all necessary staff, equipment, and certified facilities while ensuring timely, confidential service delivery. Services include pre-employment screenings, DOT physicals, drug testing, and medical consultations for Village employees. The contract term is three years with option to renew for two additional years.

• Must have physicians listed on National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners
• Drug testing personnel properly trained in urine specimen collection
• Minimum of two Breath Alcohol Technician certified staff
• Must maintain certified contractor facilities

• Perform pre-employment and return-to-work medical examinations
• Conduct DOT physical exams with Medical Examiner's Certifications
• Administer drug and alcohol testing including random screenings
• Provide on-site seasonal drug and vision screenings
• Perform post-exposure medical assessments and follow-up treatment
• Conduct physical fitness exams for law enforcement positions
• Administer preventative vaccinations based on job classifications
• Offer TB screenings and respiratory evaluations
• Provide medical consultation services to Village HR staff
• Ensure compliance with DOT, PACE, and non-CDL driver requirements
