Buyer seeks custom web application services for its Family Check-Up Online suite. Services include web development, modification, and maintenance for applications that support research participants. The work involves creating tunneled and scheduled content sequences integrated with behavioral change text messages and telehealth coaching. Buyer will provide content while the contractor develops the technical implementation.
