Buyer is seeking qualified and certified providers for special education services for the 2025-2026 school year. Services needed include Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Psychoeducational Services, and Speech Language Pathology. Proposals will be evaluated based on scope of work, references, evidence of previous services, methodology, cultural competence, credentials, and costs. Navajo Indian-owned organizations and certified Navajo Businesses are encouraged to apply.

• Qualified and certified in respective special education field
• Evidence of previous services provided
• Cultural competence working with diverse student populations
• Professional credentials in specified therapy area
• Experience with documentation and reporting requirements

• Provide Special Education Occupational Therapy services
• Deliver Special Education Physical Therapy services
• Conduct Psychoeducational assessments and evaluations
• Provide Speech Language Pathology services
• Demonstrate cultural competence with diverse student populations
• Document evidence of previous similar services
• Implement appropriate methodology for special education services
• Maintain required professional credentials
• Develop individualized service plans for students with special needs
• Collaborate with school staff on student progress
