Buyer seeks a vendor to manage Workforce Recognition and Incentive Payments for Family Support Professionals in home visiting and early identification services. The selected vendor will be responsible for processing applications, determining eligibility, and distributing payments based on performance benchmarks. This includes managing program communications, maintaining a website, answering questions from participants, and invoicing the buyer for reimbursement. This is currently a Request for Information to gather feedback before a potential future RFP.
