The buyer is requesting proposals for special education supplies, equipment and services vendors. This is a multi-award RFP to establish an approved list of vendors from which district employees can purchase on an as-needed basis. The contract term is for the 2024-2025 school year with three additional optional years. The buyer intends to provide a broad base of vendors to select products and services to meet the district's needs.

• Deliver orders to specified locations
• Provide local representative for regular school visits
• Offer exchanges and returns on orders
• Provide prompt payment discounts if applicable
