Buyer seeks a contractor to develop and implement community engagement for their Building Decarbonization project. Buyer needs support engaging diverse communities in programs that transition buildings away from fossil fuels toward electrification. The contractor will design engagement strategies, administer sub-grants to community organizations, and ensure inclusive outreach to low-income and disadvantaged communities. This work supports a $199.7M federal grant project ending October 2029.

• Experience designing and implementing community engagement programs

• Synthesize community feedback into program improvement recommendations
• Develop tracking systems that meet EPA requirements
• Facilitate multilingual engagement in English and Spanish minimum
• Coordinate with vendors managing $15M in marketing contracts
