Buyer is requesting bids to purchase licensing/license renewal and software support for Crowdstrike SAAS endpoint protection software for approximately 13,000 endpoints. The initial contract term will be one year from execution with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. Additional licenses may need to be purchased throughout the contract term but are not guaranteed. All responses must be submitted electronically through OpenGov.

• Must be a SLP Plus Reseller

• Provide Crowdstrike SAAS endpoint protection license renewal
• Support approximately 13,000 endpoints
• Supply exact quantities as specified in Appendix I-Pricing
• Offer software support services for Crowdstrike
• Submit responses through OpenGov electronic platform
• Meet SLP Plus Reseller requirements
• Potentially provide additional licenses during contract term
• Comply with information security requirements
• Maintain compliance with County terms and conditions
• Support renewable contract options for up to four years
