Buyer is seeking qualified individuals or firms to provide on-demand website design, development, and maintenance services for a portfolio of community-driven websites. Buyer works with Special Improvement Districts to deliver programs and initiatives that support small businesses and communities. The selected partners will maintain and elevate buyer's digital presence across several Special Improvement Districts in New Jersey.

• Proven experience in web design and development
• Strong sense of clean, user-centered design
• Ability to work within existing frameworks and brand guidelines
• Reliable communication and clear project turnaround times

• Routine content updates including copy, photos, and forms
• Design and build new website pages or sections
• Integrate new features or plug-ins like event forms and directories
• Perform back-end troubleshooting and platform maintenance
• Audit and improve user experience and navigation
• Support basic branding and graphic design needs
• Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance
• Work with Squarespace, WordPress, and custom CMS frameworks
• Coordinate with internal team to meet project deadlines
• Support communication tools showcasing events and services
