Buyer is seeking master planning architectural services for the redevelopment of its Rodeo Grounds. The Oakley Rodeo will celebrate its 90th year in 2025 and needs expansion to accommodate growing demand. The project aims to increase seating capacity, improve traffic flow, enhance facilities, and create strategic positioning for future growth. The selected architect will coordinate with BDK (owner-representative) and develop a comprehensive master plan followed by design documents.

• Observe operations during upcoming rodeo event
• Provide schematic plan improvements with size and capacity
• Create master plan for phasing of new facilities
• Redesign pedestrian, equine and vehicular traffic flows
• Eliminate existing skybridge by reworking site flow
• Plan for expansion of bleacher seating capacity
• Design additional public restrooms and contestant facilities
• Enhance vendor stalls and utility infrastructure
• Evaluate parking capacity and civil drainage improvements
