Buyer seeks qualified firms to accelerate equitable electric vehicle adoption in the Bay Area's disadvantaged communities. The work involves capacity building, EV education, and outreach to promote EV grant programs and incentives. Buyer aims to reduce air pollution and improve public health by targeting outreach to priority areas including AB617 communities and low-income households. The contract will tentatively run from Summer 2025 through June 2026.

• Experience with government agencies and Community Based Organizations
• Experience co-creating in-person meetings and focus groups
• Experience with environmental justice projects is strongly desired
• Knowledge of electric vehicles and incentive programs is desired

• Develop strategic outreach plan with community-based organizations
• Create multilingual educational materials on EV technologies and incentives
• Develop training curriculum for local CBOs and community members
• Implement capacity building activities in disadvantaged communities
• Coordinate community meetings and EV engagement opportunities
• Translate materials into up to four languages
• Develop performance metrics to measure outreach success
• Facilitate in-person meetings with community members
• Provide technical support related to EV incentive programs
