Buyer seeks a qualified contractor to provide pre-construction services, preliminary cost estimating, and construction services as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Biomechanics Research Building Phase 3 Addition project. The project will provide approximately 20,000 SF, three-level addition connecting to the existing Biomechanics Research Building. It will include laboratories, instructional space, offices, graduate student space, and collaboration areas for students and researchers.
