Buyer seeks qualified providers to develop, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive Social, Emotional, and Behavioral programming framework. The project aims to foster student well-being, support mental health, promote safe learning environments, and strengthen whole-child education capacity. Buyer serves approximately 9,700 students and 2,100 special education students across 18 schools. The selected provider will assess current programs, engage stakeholders, design frameworks, and support implementation over a two-year period.
