• Evaluate and update KPB Communications Strategy and Implementation Plan
• Execute area-wide tourism and economic development campaign
• Develop public relations campaigns for residents, businesses, employees, and visitors
• Expand and curate high-quality stock photo library representing KPB
• Monitor borough social media platforms and alert communications director of constituent concerns
• Support planning, promotion, and analysis of annual "Your Better KPB" survey
• Distribute and expand reach of existing "We work for you" videos
• Collaborate with regional chambers of commerce on tourism website content
• Develop engaging multimedia assets highlighting borough-wide tourism opportunities
• Diversify KPB's tourism presence across social media platforms
