Huron Valley Schools

Buyer seeks to establish a contract for Athletic Trainer Services for school sports programs. The contract will enable public municipalities, non-profit organizations, and school districts to purchase services from awarded contractors. Services include providing certified athletic trainers for 40-50 hours per week per school to cover home games and practices. The resulting statewide cooperative contract will be for three years with two one-year renewal options.

• Three years' experience within last five years providing athletic trainer services
• Must provide services and pricing for three to five years
• Must include detailed proposal describing company's services and timelines

• Provide certified athletic trainers for school district sporting events
• Coordinate athletic training room establishment at each school
• Develop injury prevention training and programs
• Evaluate injuries occurring to student athletes
• Provide rehabilitation services or referrals for injured athletes
• Establish student athletic training program with nutritional guidance
• Provide conditioning and flexibility training suggestions to coaches
• Monitor athletic injuries and document services provided
• Communicate with medical providers about injuries and treatment
• Provide CPR and AED training to District staff
